RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

It is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided in our online store. If you use this function, we will send you confirmation of receipt, including the content, date and time of your withdrawal, by email without undue delay.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option will not be refunded.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period from the day you receive your order.

Items returned under this voluntary policy must be clean, unworn beyond what is reasonably necessary to try them on, unwashed and, where reasonably possible, returned with their original tags and packaging.

The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

This voluntary return policy does not restrict or replace your statutory rights.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us at support@everogerathletics.com if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Where required, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
